Cost

What does social media content cost?

The honest answer is: it depends, and usually nothing follows. Here is what it depends on, what is possible at different budgets, and why we do not have a price list.

The short answer

Anything between €1,000 and €100,000 is a real number.

That sounds like a dodge, but it is the reality of this trade. Social media content is not a product with a unit price. It is a collection of choices, and every choice moves the number. One set of images for a product launch and a fully handled content year for three brands both sit under the same question.

What you can do with that: see roughly where your own situation falls, and understand which dials turn the number up or down.

We quote per request. There is no price list because a fixed package either gives you too little or charges you for something you never use.

The moment a job needs a set, a crew and a day in a diary, the number moves more than any other choice makes it move.

What your budget buys

Slide to your own order of magnitude.

Indicative, and deliberately not a price list: these are budgets brands bring, and what can be made with them in practice. Your own job is quoted separately.

€2,500

Considered

Still simple content, but it has been thought about.

  • Several sets rather than one, built along a single line
  • Photography and short-form mixed, tuned to what your channel asks for
  • What is working in your category right now feeds into what we make
  • More personal in tone: your people, your products, the way you talk

Not yet: No location shoots yet, and no year plan.

This is an indication, not a quote. What is possible in your case depends on what exactly you want made: how many images, whether there are shoots, how much video, how many products and how much thinking goes with it. Two jobs on the same budget can look very different, so your own number may land higher or lower than what you read here. No rights can be derived from this page — only the quote you receive from us is binding.

All amounts are excluding VAT. Starting smaller is possible too: the pilot is €375 and comes off the bill as soon as you continue.

The dials

How we measure the cost.

A lot of elements come into play when working out what a piece of content costs. These are the main ones.

  1. A studio hall: two big lights, a red paper sweep, a crew member crossing the frame

    Shot for real, or generated

Shooting it means a crew, a location, people and a day that has to go right: it buys a kind of truth nothing else does, and it ties you to one place on one date. Generating it costs a fraction of that and can put you anywhere, in any season, without a permit — but it needs references, corrections and a person deciding when it is right. Most jobs are a mix, and where that line sits moves the number more than anything else here.

  2. A long curved wall carrying dozens of labelled prints from a single shoot

    The amount

AI-generated work gets cheaper the more of it you ask for: with every piece the system learns and grows, and makes a better one the next time. A real shoot is cheapest when everything is made in a single day — you are guaranteed a level of quality and accuracy that AI has a harder time reaching, but you go home with the variety that fitted into that day and nothing more.

  3. A monitor on the camera rig showing the framed shot, the model small and lit on red

    Photo or video

Video costs more than photography — there is editing, rhythm and sound in it, and a reel that works is not a photograph that moves. What it is worth depends on your channel: in some places one good reel does more than ten images.

  4. The set seen from above before anyone is on it: a red sweep laid on the floor, two lights placed, a mark on the concrete

    Thinking or only making

A great shoot starts with even better prep. We are happy to dive straight into your idea, but most projects need some thorough thinking first: what message are we sending? Who are we reaching? When is the right time?

  5. Crew at work on set: a laptop on a crate, a light stand, people in black

    Who does the posting

Planning a month is a job of its own: deciding the order, writing the captions, picking a day and a time for each one, and then being there to publish them. In your portal that collapses into one screen — pick the posts you like, set a day, and they go out to your Instagram from there, on their own. You can keep that work in house or hand it over, but it is never quietly folded into a price: it is a separate choice you make.

  6. Two hands straightening the lapel of a burgundy velvet jacket, close in

How exact it has to be

A scene with nobody in particular in it is quick. Your actual product is not: the proportions, the label, the buttons, a face that has to be the same face next month. That is where the corrections live, and it is the difference between content that looks like your brand and content that looks like your category. The more of the real world a frame has to get right, the more work sits behind it.

For comparison

What the other routes cost.

To weigh a budget you need something to weigh it against. These are market prices, not ours, for the three routes brands usually choose between. The figures are Dutch and West-European; where you sit, they will differ.

  • A commercial photoshoot. €3,500 – 7,500 in Western Europe once you add up the photographer, crew, studio or location and retouching. You come away with beautiful imagery and an empty diary for next time. With us runs the same shoot from €750 to €1,500, and on a monthly arrangement the imagery keeps coming through the eleven months after it instead of running out.
  • An agency on a monthly fee. In the Netherlands, an agency that both makes the content and runs the account sits at €3,000 – 6,000 a month, with a term underneath it. You are buying continuity, and an account layer you help pay for. With us there is no term underneath and no account manager in between. You choose how it runs — job by job, or on a monthly basis — and either way you are never signed into a year.
  • Hiring someone. A mid-level content marketer in the Netherlands runs to €55,000 – 70,000 a year in employer costs, and that person is one discipline — usually not photographer, editor AND strategist. With us you get those disciplines together, for roughly half of what that one hire costs. And you can stop.

That difference is not a cheaper version of the same thing. It is a different way of working, with AI in the production and people directing and checking it — here is exactly how.

On money

What brands ask about this.

Where does the money actually go?

Mostly into hours nobody budgets for: the ones before anything is filmed, the ones after, and the fact that it all happens again next week. Three numbers worth knowing. Companies under $10 million in revenue put 13.3% of it into marketing, against 5.7% at companies above a billion, so being small makes marketing cost proportionally more (The CMO Survey, Duke Fuqua with Deloitte and the AMA, fielded January 2026; the small-company group is a small sample, so read it as a direction). Writing one blog post takes 3 hours and 20 minutes on average, writing time only, before any photography, design or video (Orbit Media Studios, annual blogger survey, 2026). And 73% of small business owners now call themselves creators in some form, while 47% run all of their social media personally (Constant Contact, The Rise of the SMB Creator, June 2026).

Why is there no price list on the site?

Because every job is put together differently, and a fixed package either gives you too little or charges you for something you do not use. We would rather quote precisely what you asked for. What there IS: the slider above, so you know what order of magnitude you are in before you request anything.

Can I start smaller than €1,000?

Yes. The pilot is €375: a first small set of real work on your own brand, with your own products, so you can see what you get before handing over a whole project. If you continue, that amount comes off the bill.

What does a photoshoot with you cost?

A shoot with us runs from €750 to €1,500, where the same commercial shoot by the traditional route lands at €3,500 to €7,500 — photographer, crew, studio and retouching added up. That difference is not a cheaper version of the same shoot: there is no crew to book, no studio to hire and no location fee, and on a monthly arrangement the imagery keeps coming afterwards; here is how.

Is VAT included in these amounts?

All amounts on this page are excluding VAT. The quote states the amount including it, with the rate alongside.

Do you work on monthly fees?

Only if you want that yourself and there is ongoing work against it. We have no subscription that runs on through a month in which you need nothing — that is exactly the model brands get stuck in with agencies.

How do I find out what MY job costs?

Request a proposal. We come back with one: what we would make, what it costs, and how we read your brand. If the size is off, you say so and we adjust it. No call is needed and no salesperson comes round. If you would rather talk first, the number is on our contact page.

Just ask.

The only way to know your own number is to have it worked out. Describe what you need and we come back with a quote usually within two working days — no call, no salesperson.
