01Request deletion
Email admin@gencocreate.com with the subject “Data deletion request”, sent from the email address linked to your account. We confirm receipt and complete the deletion within 30 days.
02Connected via Facebook or Instagram?
If you connected an Instagram or Facebook account to Genco, you can revoke our access yourself at any time:
- Instagram: Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites → remove Genco.
- Facebook: Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites → remove Genco.
Removing the app revokes our access immediately. To also erase the data we already stored (see below), send the deletion request from step 01.
03What gets deleted
- Your account and profile details.
- The Instagram/Facebook connection and its access tokens.
- Stored account and post insight snapshots.
- Uploaded brand material and, on request, delivered content.
One exception: invoices must be retained for 7 years under Dutch tax law. They are kept for that period and nothing else.
